Coconut Drops
These delicious coconut drops boast just two ingredients yet are packed with flavor!


  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3 egg whites


Preheat oven to 190 C (375 F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Whisk egg whites in a bowl and add coconut, mixing until well combined.

Place teaspoon sized amounts onto baking tray, evenly spaced, and gently press them down flat on top.

Bake for 18 - 20 mins, or until golden.
