Mix all the ingredients together, leaving out some of the fruit to put on top.

You will often see yoghurts advertised as being "probiotic" which means they contain live bacterial organisms which have a beneficial effect on the balance of good bacteria in our digestive systems. Not all yoghurts are probiotic, check the label before buying to ensure that it contains live and active cultures.
Oats are lower in carbohydrates and higher in protein and healthy fats than most other whole grains.

Small meal servings and regular snacks are the best way to keep up your toddler's energy throughout the day. Their tiny tummies are not accustomed to just three large main meals a day. A toddler often may not eat as much as you would like them to at dinner time - try to remember that this is normal and that as long as they are getting plenty of regular, healthy nutrition, then there's no reason to stress yourself out over it.
