Strawberry Cupcakes
Try out these amazing little strawberry cupcakes as a healthy treat for your toddler. They are made with just five ingredients and have no added sugar.

Use strawberries and cream for an easy, delicious, toddler-friendly topping.


  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped


Preheat oven to 180 C (355 F) and line a mini muffin tray with paper muffin cups.

Combine milk, egg and vanilla in a mixing bowl and whisk lightly.

Add flour and mix to combine.

Add chopped strawberries, mix through.

Put spoonfuls of the mixture into prepared muffin tray - you want to fill the muffin cups about 3/4 full.

Bake for approximately 18 - 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of them comes out clean.

Let them cool completely, then top with whipped cream and strawberries (optional)
