Frozen Banana Flax Shake
Try out this delicious and refreshing healthy shake for your toddler.


  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/3 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp flaxseed meal
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence


Peel banana and wrap with plastic wrap. Place in the freezer for a few hours (or overnight) until frozen.

Once banana is frozen, unwrap it and put in a blender with all the other ingredients.

Blend until smooth.

Makes 2-3 toddler sized servings.
