Ingredients
Leftover steamed veggies
Eggs
(1 per child)
Chopped garlic
Butter / Olive oil for frying
Method
Dice vegetables.
Fry them in butter or olive oil with some garlic for 2 - 3 minutes
Add egg and stir until cooked
