  • Eggs are high in good quality proteins, which are the building blocks of the human body. They contain all the essential amino acids in all the right ratios for our bodies to easily use.
  • Carrots are packed full of beta-carotene, which our bodies convert into vitamin A. Carrots are one of the best sources of vitamin A. Vitamin A is good for your skin, bones, teeth, and vision. Beta-carotene is also what gives carrots their distinct orange colour.
  • Apples are high in fiber and keep you feeling fuller for longer without consuming a lot of calories. This is because it takes our bodies a while to digest the complex fiber in apples.
  • Cheese is among the richest dietary sources of calcium, which plays an essential role in bone health.

They're pretty much flavorless but I added some peanut butter on top and cut into peace. Delicious!
