Tuna Tater Drops
Tuna is an excellent brain food for your little ones, and there are so many different ways you can cook with it! These little baked drops are crispy on the outside and smooth in the middle, yum.

Tip: If you ever have extra mashed potato from dinner, use it to whip up a quick batch of these.


  • 1 medium sized potato, cooked and mashed.
  • 1x 95g can tuna
  • 1/4 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 egg


Preheat oven to 210 C (410 F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Drop small spoonfuls onto the prepared baking tray, evenly spaced.

Bake for approx 24 minutes, or until golden.
