Baked Pumpkin Drops
These tasty two ingredient drops are easy to make and have a similar texture to these amazing two ingredient Banana Pancakes.

They are a great gluten free and dairy free snack for toddlers.



Preheat oven to 210 C (410 F) and brush a muffin tin with butter or olive oil.

Whisk egg and mashed pumpkin together. Get the mixture as smooth as you can.

Fill the bottom of each cup in the muffin tin.

Bake for approx 12 minutes.


  • Pumpkin is one of the best-known sources of the antioxidant beta-carotene. Mashed pumpkin can be used as a substitute for butter or oil in baking recipes.
