Greek yoghurt is packed with probiotics which are great for the digestive system. This tasty shake is thickened by yoghurt and is super simple to make. You can easily add in any of your little one's favorite fruits.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 toddler sized servings.

You will often see yoghurts advertised as being "probiotic" which means they contain live bacterial organisms which have a beneficial effect on the balance of good bacteria in our digestive systems. Not all yoghurts are probiotic, check the label before buying to ensure that it contains live and active cultures.

Don't force a toddler to eat a meal or snack if they aren't hungry. This could cause them to associate meal times with anxiety and negativity. A toddler will not let themselves starve if they are being regularly offered healthy nutritious foods. If you are concerned that your toddler is not eating enough, discuss it with your GP.
