Apple and Pear Fritters
These delicious apple and pear fritters are super fast to put together, great with breakfast, as a healthy kids snack or even dessert. <div><br /> </div> <div>Sweet apple and pear slices are surrounded by perfectly golden pancake - yes please! </div>

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup SR flour
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear

Method

Whisk egg and milk together

Whisk in the flour until batter is smooth

Cut apple and pear into thin slices, remove the core

Heat a little olive oil or butter in a frying pan

Dip apple and pear slices into batter to coat

Fry each side until golden brown

These are pretty tasty especially since I added a sprinkle of cinnamon to the batter. My only problem is the batter never actually stays on the Apple. Any suggestionm
