Like pizza, but on toast! These tasty toast pizzas have zucchini and carrot snuck in and hidden among all the cheese and bacon, so are a great choice for fussy toddlers who don't like their vegetables.
Sprinkle even layers of carrot, zucchini, bacon then cheese.
Put under the grill on high for a few minutes, until cheese has melted and starts to turn golden.

I remember my mother making this. Had all the ingredients at hand so gave it a whirl with my 2.5 year old- loved it!
If you don't already own a miniature frying pan, consider buying one. Frying up eggs, meat, etc in toddler sized portions becomes so much easier when there's only a tiny frying pan to clean afterwards.
