Creamy Tuna and 3 Veg Pasta


  • 1/2 cup uncooked pasta spirals
  • 1 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp grated zucchini
  • 1 tbsp corn kernels
  • 95g can tuna
  • 1 1/2 tbsp thickened cream
  • 1/2 tsp tomato paste


Cook pasta according to packet directions.

Meanwhile, saute carrot, zucchini and corn in a little butter or olive oil. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Once pasta is cooked, strain and return to pot.

Add vegetables, cream, tuna and tomato paste. Stir until well combined.

Return to heat and simmer for a few minutes, stirring.


  • A zucchini contains more potassium than a banana.
  • Carrots are packed full of beta-carotene, which our bodies convert into vitamin A. Carrots are one of the best sources of vitamin A. Vitamin A is good for your skin, bones, teeth, and vision. Beta-carotene is also what gives carrots their distinct orange colour.
