Frozen Yoghurt Pops
This recipe makes 3 x peanut butter banana and 3 x vanilla coconut frozen yoghurt pops. Depending on the size of your ice cream molds, you may need to adjust the amount of yoghurt to fill them properly.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Method

Mash banana and peanut butter together until smooth. Add 1/2 cup yoghurt and mash until well combined. Divide evenly into 3 ice cream molds.

Mix coconut, vanilla and remaining 3/4 cup of yoghurt together until well combined and divide evenly into 3 ice cream molds.

Add ice cream sticks and freeze overnight.
