Three Ingredient Cheerio Treats
My kids just loooooove cheerio treats! There's just something about those crunchy little O's that they adore. I'm always trying to think up new and interesting ways to use Cheerios (like these tasty Honey Nut Cheerio Cookies), and these healthy cheerio snacks are irresistibly delicious.

These yummy, healthy cheerio treats take just minutes to put together and are made using just three simple ingredients.


  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 3 cups cheerios


Put peanut butter and honey in a pot and melt together over low heat, stirring constantly.

Once they have melted together and become smooth, remove from heat.

Add cheerios and mix until they are all evenly coated with the peanut butter and honey.

Drop spoonfuls into mini cupcake cases and chill in the fridge to set.


  • Raw honey contains natural vitamins, antioxidants, enzymes, and many other important natural nutrients. These nutrients are destroyed when honey is heated and pasteurised. It is worth noting that eating pasteurised honey is almost the same as eating refined sugar, without any of the health benefits of raw honey.
