Banana Peanut Butter Balls

Banana Peanut Butter Balls
These delicious banana peanut butter snack balls have just three ingredients and are ready in minutes.

Banana, peanut butter and coconut go so well together - and that's all you need to make this incredible, healthy, gluten free toddler snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (very ripe)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut (plus another 1/4 cup for rolling them in)

Method

Mash banana and peanut butter together.

Add 1 cup of coconut and mix well. Depending on the size of the banana you use, you may need to adjust the amount of coconut so it is solid enough to roll into balls.

Take spoonfuls of the mixture and roll into balls.

Roll the balls in the other 1/4 cup of coconut, until well coated.

Store in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Great thank you. When you say peanut butter is it just normal peanut butter from a jar or is there form of butter/marg with peanuts in?

Normal jarred peanut butter, but you can use any type of nut butter you like (almond butter, hazelnut spread, etc), you can even make your own by simply whizzing up some roasted nuts in a food processor until they turn smooth and creamy.
