Mini Sketti Pies
If you ever have some extra spaghetti sauce try these tasty little pastries out.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti bolognese sauce
  • Puff pastry
  • Cheese

Method

Preheat oven to 220 C (430 F) and brush a muffin tray with olive oil or butter.

Cut out small circles of puff pastry and press them gently into the muffin tray.

Put a spoonful of spaghetti sauce into each one and top with grated cheese.

Bake for 10-15 mins or until puffed and golden.
