Like pizza, but on toast! These tasty toast pizzas have zucchini and carrot snuck in and hidden among all the cheese and bacon, so are a great choice for fussy toddlers who don't like their vegetables.
Sprinkle even layers of carrot, zucchini, bacon then cheese.
Put under the grill on high for a few minutes, until cheese has melted and starts to turn golden.
DID YOU KNOW...
A zucchini contains more potassium than a banana.
Carrots are packed full of beta-carotene, which our bodies convert into vitamin A. Carrots are one of the best sources of vitamin A. Vitamin A is good for your skin, bones, teeth, and vision. Beta-carotene is also what gives carrots their distinct orange colour.
Cheese is among the richest dietary sources of calcium, which plays an essential role in bone health.

I remember my mother making this. Had all the ingredients at hand so gave it a whirl with my 2.5 year old- loved it!
Try to make the time to sit at the table and eat with your toddler throughout the day, not just at dinner time. Talk with them about things they like while you eat. This turns meal time into a positive experience for them, and demonstrates the social side of dining.
