Sesame Soy Veggie Stirfry
This deliciously aromatic stir fry is so simple to put together. Try it out for your toddler today! Makes 3-4 toddler sized servings.


  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/4 of a medium sized zucchini
  • 1 inch wide wedge of red capsicum
  • 200g wholemeal hokkien noodles
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil


Chop vegetables into short, evenly sized sticks. Saute in olive oil until tender.

Soak noodles in boiling water for a few minutes, and gently separate using tongs. Strain.

Once vegetables are cooked, add noodles and soy sauce.

Cook for a few minutes, mixing.

Add sesame oil and cook for 30 seconds, then remove from heat.
