The amounts shown above are for one Strawberry Santa. If you are making more, adjust the amounts accordingly for however many you like.
Cut the green leafy part off each strawberry and sit them upside down so their tips are pointing up.
Cut the tips off each strawberry and set aside. These will become the Santa hats.
Put some whipped cream into a piping bag with a fairly small nozzle.
Carefully pipe some cream onto each strawberry, then place the strawberry tips on top of the cream.
Add a small blob of cream to the tops of each hat.
Add two blobs of cream down the front of the main part of the strawberry.
Add seeds (or whatever you have chosen to use for eyes) to the cream below the hat.
