Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked pasta spirals
  • 1/2 cup shredded ham
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, grated
  • 1/2 cup cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp butter
  • extra butter or olive oil for frying

Method

Cook pasta according to packet instructions

When pasta is a few minutes away from being cooked, heat a little butter or olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Add ham and zucchini to the frying pan, cook for a few minutes until it starts to brown.

Strain cooked pasta. Add pasta to frying pan, mix to combine.

Add 2 tsp of butter and the grated cheese to the frying pan.

Heat, stirring, until cheese has melted.

Serve.

Makes 2 toddler sized servings.

Serve warm - if it goes cold the cheese will harden and it will all just stick together.
