Veggie Eggs

Veggie Eggs
If you have any leftover vegetables from dinner, save them for the next morning to use in this super easy egg breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Leftover steamed veggies
  • Eggs (1 per child)
  • Chopped garlic
  • Butter / Olive oil for frying

Method

Dice vegetables.

Fry them in butter or olive oil with some garlic for 2 - 3 minutes

Add egg and stir until cooked
