Itty Bitty Broccoli Bites
Broccoli and cheese are a brilliant combo! With a sneaky serving of zucchini tossed in as well, these tiny bites are packed with nutrients.



Preheat oven to 210 C (410 F) and brush a mini muffin tray with butter or olive oil.

Combine all ingredients except for half of the grated cheese in a bowl. Mix well.

Place small spoonfuls into prepared muffin tray and top with remaining grated cheese.

Bake for approx 16 minutes, or until crispy.


  • Broccoli can be eaten raw or cooked, but steaming this vegetable provides the most health benefits.
