Banana Soldiers
This delicious, healthy treat is a sweet variation of french toast your toddler will love.

Banana french toast is so easy to make and makes an excellent kids breakfast or lunch.


  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread


Mash banana until smooth.

Whisk in egg until well combined.

Add pinch of cinnamon and stir.

Cut pieces of bread into three even pieces.

Dip into the banana egg mixture to coat

Fry in olive oil on medium heat until browned. Flip and brown the other side.
