Oats

Oats are a whole grain commonly used to make porridge, muesli, granola,  and oat flour.

They are packed with fiber, which helps with healthy digestion, and complex carbohydrates, which provide long lasting energy. Oats are a very good source of manganese and a good source of magnesium, thiamin and phosphorus. Oats (rolled) also contain a whopping 13g of protein per 100g.

This wonderful cereal makes a fantastic toddler breakfast, as it will fill them up and give them the long lasting energy they need to fuel their no-doubt active mornings.
